Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Touch ("we", "us", "our") governing your use of the Touch mobile application (the "App"), a service for finding dance practice partners and booking dance practices and lessons. By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use Touch. The App lets adults arrange to meet in person to dance; by using it you confirm you meet this age requirement and are legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
Registration currently requires a valid invite code. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Community Rules — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to post, upload, or send content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, violent, or that infringes others' rights, and not to impersonate others, spam, solicit, or behave abusively toward other users. Users who post objectionable content or engage in abusive behavior will have their content removed and their accounts terminated.
Every user can report objectionable content or abusive users and can block any user, both directly in the App. We review reports and act on them — removing content and terminating offending accounts as needed — within 24 hours. Reporting a user also immediately blocks them for you.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, text, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display your User Content to operate the App. You are responsible for your User Content and confirm you have the rights to share it.
5. Bookings Between Users
Touch is a platform to connect dance partners and arrange practices or lessons. Any arrangement, payment, or meeting between users is solely between those users. We are not a party to and are not responsible for interactions or transactions between users, and we do not process payments. Meet safely and use your judgment.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the App: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, attempts to break security or access others' data, uploading malware, or using the App for any illegal purpose.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Profile → Delete Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the conduct of any user, arising from your use of the App.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. We will update the "Last updated" date above, and material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
